09-10 February 2012, ITFoM Consortium Meeting (2)

The IT Future of Medicine (ITFoM) Consortium has met in Berlin on 9-10 February 2012 with 120 partners to plan the next steps towards building the 'virtual patient' model.

The ITFoM initiative held its second full consortium meeting from 9-10 February 2012 in Berlin. Around 120 delegates from nearly 70 partner institutions comprising internationally acknowledged researchers from academia and industry from all over Europe and beyond met in Berlin to further refine the roadmap  towards building a 'virtual patient' model. The  schedule for the meeting included a plenary and introductory session for every work package, followed by 2-3 breakout sessions.
